Responsibilities:
* Responsible for feasibility study of the property investment
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree(S1) in related disciplines
* Maximum age around 50’s
* Fluent in English is a must
* Minimum 10 years of working experience in developing property business plan which include making feasibility studies of property investment in large scale property developer
* The candidates should also be able to exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership & work under pressure
Marketing General Manager (Property Developer Div-Code:MGM-01)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all marketing activities in commercial (Mall/Trade Centre), which include developing and implementing marketing concept and strategy
* Achieving sales target, managing market research and product launching to well ensure implementation of the management expectation.
Requirements:
* The candidates should have minimum 8 years experience
* Experience in coordinating & controlling marketing activities and developing strategic planning in large scale Mall/Trade Center business
* Hold at least a Bachelor Degree in related disciplines and maximum age around 40.
