Recruitment and Organization Development Specialist (Code: ROD)

Responsibilities:
* The Recruitment and Organization Development specialist will responsible for a process to build a high performing company staff team which able to implement high impact, scaled programs successfully addressing major development problems in our HR management.
* This will be achieved through developing an effective recruitment, retention and staff compensation strategy; identifying and driving staff development opportunities at all levels of the organization; orienting all staff to LG Innotek mission, culture, Vision for Change, worldwide programming and exposing staff to key organizational learning. It will be documented to capture success and lessons learned shared with the organization.
Requirements:
* Male
* Maximum age 30 years old
* Graduate from Psychology or economic management with min. GPA 3.00 scale 4
* Having minimum 1 years experience at same field
* Able to work under pressure is a must
* High motivated
* Able to work in a team
* Able to speak and write English
