Support - T1/T2 Team Members –Japanese Speaking
Mandatory Skills:
* Experience 2 to 3 years
* Must have either a diploma or degree in computer science or related discipline.
* Must have approximately 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the relevant technologies.
* Must have good communication & documentation skills, including command over English/Japanese Language.
Must have bilingual skills:
* English – fluent in Reading, Writing, Oral English
* Japanese – fluent in Reading, Oral Japanese, able to write
Responsibilities:
* To provide incident management support on server & network infrastructure for Japanese based environment. Service include the following modules:
* Backup Monitoring, Scheduling & Troubleshooting
* Server(Wintel & UX) Event Detection & Troubleshooting
* Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting
* Arrange CE for hardware repair
* Handle various service requests
* Handle various configuration requests
* Act as a translation channel for support team outside Japan who support servers located in Japan DC
* To provide reactive support for customers of the service.
* Handle incident calls from customers/other teams, about technical issues.
* Will need to be on standby as a replacement for engineer on sick/emergency leave
