Production Supervisor
(PTP Gelang Patah)

Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a group of production leaders and operators in quality & quantity target


* Plan, organized and coordinates the line to its optimum in terms of efficiency and productivity.


* Control on the materials issued and the material scrap.


* Inculcate 5S good housekeeping habits and maintain discipline on the production line.


* To be at Production line 30 minutes before shift start for line start up preparation, example : call morning meeting.


* Go through with out-going shift supervisor to understand current issues such as
* Material updated
* Quality updates
* Build plan status
* New issues if any
* Check reworks station ( quantity and defect mode )


* Check and verify Wrist Strap check sheet updated before shift start.


* Check attendance, manpower distribution, if necessary get help from other line.


* Check caption tracking on hourly basis


* Clear bottle neck station


* Plan for recovery if output/ yield below set goal.


* If not within your area of influence escalate to higher level of respective department and update your superior.


* Check sufficient material supply to line.


* ET form to raise on timely basis ( abscond, transfer/ promotion before affective date )


* Request/ update OT form ( by e-mail ) before call operator overtime.


* To adhere all related procedures/ activities QMS and EMS implementation

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in PTP Gelang Patah.
* Applicants should be Malaysian
* Preferably senior executives specializing in or equivalent.

Supplier Quality Engineer
(Bukit Raja,Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

* Supplier quality management (QS, QP audit, supplier process control and yield improvement.)
* Follow up with suppliers on IQC reject , reject material corrective action till closure.
* Production line & high DPPM material quality issue handling & corrective action follow up till close.
* Supplier QBR/SRS data collection and compilation and corrective action review.
* Initiating material & supplier continual improvement program.
* Ensuring Supplier compliance to GP / Rohs program.
* Perform Quality System Audit and Quality Process Audit at Supplier Sites.
* Driving supplier implementation of Joint Quality Engineering program.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Doumen and travel as necessary.

Requirements:

* Candidate must prossess at least Diploma or Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical).
* Diploma / Advance Diploma / Degree in Optics Science or Optical Engineering, Physic , Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years similar working experience.
* Knowledge in ISO 9001 , ISO 14000, SPC Tools.
