1. Sr. QA Engineer
Primary Purpose of the Job
Perform Quality Assurance related tasks to support the
development and implementation of the Integrated Management System in Mesaieed
Operations.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline.
- Preferably formal training in Management Systems development and auditing.
- 5 – 10 years experience in development, implementation and audit of Management systems in industries.
- Experience in MS auditing, statistics, data analysis and management reporting demonstration skills in understanding and applying information, analyzing problems and identifying viable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare concise and focused action oriented Management Report on various MS issues (audits, continual improvement, management review meetings, business performance management, etc.).
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to build effective working relationships with different departments and assume conflict resolution and leadership roles.
- Be able to take responsibility for prioritizing and completing work on time and following through commitments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess practical computer competency and other related skills.
