developing oil palm plantations. We are requiring for dedicated, experienced
and educated workforces to fill the department as follows :
Finance and Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the payment process complied with the procedures including verification to all supporting documents from suppliers before payment.
- Ensure in verification expenses claims, verification travel claims.
- Preparing cheque, bank transfer, and recording all transactions to the bank book.
- Bank reconciliation; maintain petty cash, preparing weekly cash flow forecast.
- Prepare monthly finance report, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet including the project final reports.
- Prepare the tax reporting.
- Assisting the Finance and Accounting Manager.
