The principal accountabilities are as follows :

• Understand, implement and support the Cold Drink Equipment Services business process to all Operations
• Coordinate the deployment/implementation of National program to the Operations
• Coordinate, monitor and support the procurement and distribution of Cold Drink Equipment
• Partnering with Sales & Marketing department to identify business requirement, gaps and risks to further designing and reengineering the process/model using technology which significantly add value to the business
• Work closely with the suppliers to ensure the support to Operations is delivered as expectation
• Work closely with the System Operations Team to develop Cold Drink Equipment System and Tools
• Review, control and support Operations to improve asset control
• Design best practice process in order to improve Cold Drink Equipment utilization
• Educate all users relating to the technology of Cold Drink Equipment

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications :

• Minimal D3 Degree majoring in engineering, administration or management, or equivalent.
• Computer literate, particularly with MS Office (Excel, MS Word and Power Point)
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and writing are a must;
• Good analytical and problem solving
• Self motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Refrigeration system technical knowledge, Asset Management knowledge, Inventory and Transportation Management knowledge would be advantage
• Experience in Administration, Inventory, Asset management would be advantage

Accounting Staff (Acc) - BANDUNG

Key Areas of Responsibility :

• Prepare the SBM - ITB’s monthly and annual financial reports (Balanced Sheet, Statement of Activities, and Statement of Cash Flow) as based on the organization and government regulations
• Ensure the accounting documentations are stored properly
• Ensure required accounting reconciliations are timely and accurately performed
• Monitor the balance of funds at Bank accounts, to provide reports to the Accounting Officer
• Check all payment requests, to ensure they follow the accounting policies and procedures
• Provide calculations of the organization’s PPh 21 & 23 obligations, to be checked by the accounting officer
• Perform journal entries of the SBM - ITB transactions timely and accurately
• Perform required administrations works for the accounting and finance unit, to ensure they are in line with the SOP


Personal Qualifications :

• Male
• Holds min D3 from accounting
• Minimum 2 (two) years working experience and would be beneficial if having experience in non profit organization
• Good knowledge in taxation matters for not profit organization especially for article 21, 23 and 25
• Good knowledge to correspondence and communication with bank and their regulation

General Requirements :

• Possess reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Outlook Express, etc)
• Excellent English skill, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service Orientation, Integrity and Commitment
• Energetic, hard worker and ready to work under heavy pressures to meet deadlines and targets by working long hours including week ends
