Responsibilities:
The incumbent is accountable to manage the implementation of small projects and provide services regarding Job Analysis and Job Evaluation throughout the company.
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Having at least 2 years experience in Organization Development for any industry. Having experience in consulting/OD/service providing area is preferred.
• Having solid knowledge of Organizational and Human Resources Development tools, and Job Analysis and Job Evaluation Methods
• Having good English, oral and written
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office
• Having good analytical thinking, achievement orientation, and customer service orientation
