You will be responsible for acquiring major advertising clients for online advertising programs from relationships that you initiate as well as from leveraging the MNC Group relationships with major advertisers in the online and other's MNC product
SALES MANAGER - MAJOR ACCOUNTS Requirements :
• Male/female, Max 32 years old
• Sales management experience preferred, particularly in media.
• Have an Experience with both agency and client-direct sales
• Min. 5-7 years of experience in Online Marketing and Internet advertising (banners & Value Add Services) sales experience. You must be comfortable in selling inventory under a variety of terms like CPM to maximize advertising revenue.
• Established Client Networks & Relationships in order to bring established client contacts and relationship.
• Should have the experience of managing current advertising partnerships as well as develop and maintain new partnership.
• Target Focus with proven track record in in advertising sales. He/She must show the ability to execute and exceed aggressive sales metrics, delivering significant advertising revenue and customer growth. Meeting deadlines and achieving the target numbers must be your forte.
• Work closely with the analytics community to derive insight from customer interaction on-line leading to actionable strategies to derive business benefits.
• Responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the customer relationships and sales activity
• Energy, enthusiasm and dedication are musts
• The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of lead generation and a working knowledge of email, contextual, search and banner campaigns.
• The candidate will be involved in each stage of the sales process and will manage all facets of campaign implementation and optimization.
• This person will prospect for and work with existing clients to create new online advertising campaigns for our ad network as well as our network of lead generation sites.
• The Advertising Sales Manager will work to closely with the VP of Sales to develop effective relationships with our current affiliate base and prospect for new Advertisers to generate leads and sales throughout our network.

Job Description :

• Preparing proposal and product presentation for prospective clients and media partners
• Acts as a link between client and agency.
• Responsible for achieving budget and growth expectations as determined annually.
• Puts the proposal together and sets up meetings to present the brief and estimate costs to the client.
• Prepares and conducts client presentations as well as ensures that campaigns receive input from potential customers and are accurately focused.
• Co-ordinates the activities of the advertising team and administrative staff and will typically handle the accounts of three to four non-competing clients.
