BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - DAP (1 Position)
• Philips Consumer Business Organization • Jakarta

KEY AREA RESPONSIBLE :

• Execute and implement sales and marketing strategy to optimize business growth Domestic Appliances & Personal Care (DAP) in Indonesia.
• Support and supervise industrial activities to achieve effective costs (FSP) to sustain DAP business leaderships in Indonesia.
• Establish and structure product management supports.
• Alignment of commercial and industrial activities in Indonesia with given strategy from ASEAN regional office and key business units (BU’s).

KEY OBJECTIVE :

• Achieve business growth of DAP business in Indonesia.
• Manage effective execution of sales, marketing and product management.
• Supervise and support operational DAP activities.
• Working closely with DAP partner in Indonesia both Commercial and Industrial activities.

PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS :

• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) with strong marketing and industrial background.
• High technical competencies & accuracy
• Strong working knowledge on continuous improvement culture
• International exposure is preferred.
• Experience min 5 year
• Ability to operate PC
• Ability in English both speaking and written.
