2. Mengestimasi volume dan biaya konstruksi bangunan dan / tower.
3. Membuat laporan desain pondasi dan struktur bangunan dan/ tower.


Kriteria Personil :

1. S1 Teknik Sipil, mayoring struktur.
2. Diutamakan pengalaman min. 1 tahun pada pekerjaan desain / hitung struktrur
3. Bisa mengoperasikan software SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD 3
4. Lebih diutamakan mampu mengoperasikan software MS Tower
5. Bahasa Inggris aktif baik lisan maupun tulisan
6. Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
7. Mampu bekerja sendiri maupun bekerja dalam tim.
8. Bersedia bekerja/ ditempatkan di luar kota ( seluruh Indonesia ).

1. Process Plant Welding Inspector (PP-PTM1)

Qualifications :

• Posses Welding Inspector Certification (Preferably B4T)
• Having Experience in Welding Inspection for at least 10 years.
• Familiar with Standard Code such as ASME / ANSI B31.3, ASME IX, and other related standards.
• Preferably Radiography Certified (Ahli Radiografi - AR)
• Familiar with UT (Ultra Sonic Test) Inspection

2. Pipeline Welding Inspector (PL-PTM1)

Qualifications :

• Posses Welding Inspector Certification (Preferably B4T).
• Preferably Pipeline Inspector for Oil & Gas – DNV
• Having Experience in Welding Inspection for at least 10 years.
• Familiar with Standard Code such as ASME / ANSI B31.8, ASME / ANSI B 31/4. ASME IX, API - 1104, and other related standards.
• Preferably Radiography Certified (Ahli Radiografi - AR)
• Familiar with UT (Ultra Sonic Test) Inspection

3. Pipe Mill Inspector (PM-PTM1)

Qualifications :

• Posses Welding Inspector Certification (Preferably B4T).
• Preferably have experience doing inspection of Pipe Production
• Having Experience in Welding Inspection for at least 10 years.
• Familiar with Standard Code API 5 L full specification of Coating Process in manufacturing facility or on-the-spot coating process.
• Preferably Radiography Certified (Ahli Radiografi - AR)
• Familiar with UT (Ultra Sonic Test) Inspection

4. Quality COntrol Inspector (QC-PTM1)

Qualifications :

• Posses Welding Inspector Certification (Preferably B4T).
• Preferably have experience doing inspection of Material, Pipe, and Pipe Fitting.
• Having experience in Welding Inspection for at least 10 years.
• Familiar with Standard Code API 5L full specification.
• Preferably Radiography Certified (Ahli Radiografi - AR)
• Familiar with UT (Ultra Sonic Test) Inspection and Interpretting the Result.

5. Ultrasonic Man (UM-PTM1)

Qualifications :

• Posses ASNT level 2 or UT level 2.
• Preferably have TKY qualification.
• Preferably have experience doing inspection of Material, Pipe,Pipe Fitting, and Installation.
• Having experience in Ultrasonic Inspection for at least 10 years.
• Familiar with Standard Code API 5L full specification and Ultrasonic Inspection.
• Preferably Radiography Certified (Ahli Radiografi - AR).

Education : The applicant should have a degree in any discipline of engineering from a reputable university.

The applicant should have:

• Experience in managing the compliance of procurement.
• Experience and/or an understanding of project procurement rule and activities


Role responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare RFQ package in conjunction with Senior Engineer in accordance with procedure.
• Responsible to assist with the commercial evaluations of RFQ packages.
• Responsible to liaise with the Senior Engineer and technical specialist during the RFQ process.
• Responsible to maintain current market knowledge on product availability and have the ability to source alternative compliant products in order to reduce cost.
• Responsible to liaise with vendor to ensure compliance with product specification and delivery time.
• Responsible to provide input to cataloguer for new product registration.
• Responsible to maintain high personal knowledge of international standards and codes
• Responsible to develop a procurement report (minutes of meeting, weekly or monthly report)

Other requirements :

• Preferable to have worked with world class international companies.
• English proficiency, both written and verbal (preferable min. TOEFL 550).
• Hard worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure.
• Capability to achieve project schedule and working over time (if required)
• Willingness to support all team members as a part of team work
