Customer Service Supervisor
(Singapore - Ang Mo Kio )
Responsibilities:
* Supervise CS team on issues of planning, customer complaints, forecast, shipment etc.
* Ensure sales target is met.
* Ensure all delivery & customer requirement are met.
* Prepare monthly forecast & delivery performance reports.
* Prepare monthly raw material planning of the company.
* Ensure Company's inventory is within company's target.
* Ensure overall parts data & pricing system is updated.
* Work closely with Malaysia & Shanghai teams on product transfer.
* Participate actively in New Program Launch, transfer & EOL Program.
* Candidates with more than 8 years of relevant experience and able to demonstrate management ability to manage a dynamic environment will be considered for managerial position.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be willing to travel occassionally.
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or any relevant field.
* Required skill(s): Communication Skill, Leadership, Problem solving.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ang Mo Kio.
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably senior executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
