Responsibilities:

* Taking charge and assuring the full completion of the company Software implementation projects (delivery, technical installation, training,software interfacing, project management, documentation, acceptance…..)
* Perform System tuning and auditing of results
* Managing the relationship with third parties
* “Hands on” involvement in software implementation process
* Pre sales activities on the company Software Suite

Requirements:

* Degree in IT, Engineering with at least 4 years relevant experience in a banking environment with banks, software house, consulting firms or integrators preferred
* Good interpersonal skills and client facing experience
* Proficient in Oracle database, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle 9, 10, AIX and Solaris, database installation, trouble shooting, fine tuning work, optimisation of database performance, audit trail, security checks etc
* Ability to conduct technical training and provide support to presales activities
* A good team player and enjoy interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment
