Job Description

Requirements
- Male, 25-40 years old
- S1 Degree from reputable national
- At least 2 (two) years experiences in the same position.
- Good in oral & written English & computer literate.

- Primary Duties:
- Do monitoring non-performed Customer’s status
- Do collecting the Customer’s installment which 3 (three) months has not settled yet
- Do repossess of unclearly payment sources of Customer’s business, if required.
- Do investigating of Customer’s asset existence.
Other Special Duties:
- Assist Marketing Dept. to do collecting cooperatively together (Joint Collection)
- Do the revocation of PT. Clemont Finance Indonesia’s asset like car, heavy equipment and machines that used and moveable
- Accompany the respective third party who assigned to do revocation, and
- Coordinate with the third party (police, liaised with Professional Collector from Appraisal Company) in securing the asset and collateral that owned by PT. Clemont Finance Indonesia
General Responsibility:
- Taking care of PT. Clemont Finance Indonesia’s financing performance quality.

Primary Purpose of the Job
Perform Quality Assurance related tasks to support the
development and implementation of the Integrated Management System in Mesaieed
Operations.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline.
- Preferably formal training in Management Systems
development and auditing.
- 5 – 10 years experience in development, implementation and
audit of Management systems in industries.
- Experience in MS auditing, statistics, data analysis and
management reporting demonstration skills in understanding and applying
information, analyzing problems and identifying viable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare concise and focused action oriented
Management Report on various MS issues (audits, continual improvement,
management review meetings, business performance management, etc.).
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to build effective working relationships with
different departments and assume conflict resolution and leadership roles.
- Be able to take responsibility for prioritizing and
completing work on time and following through commitments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess practical computer competency and other related
skills.
