Year 1981 concerning Capital Participation of the Republic of Indonesia in the
Establishment of BUMN Engaging in the Industrial Planning, Engineering and
Construction Businesses, State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 41
Year 1987. It was started with the industrial plant building mastery in the
fields of Refinery and Petrochemical (Blue Sky Balongan, Bioethanol,
Kaltim 4 plant, Pupuk Kujang 1B Plant, NPK Fertilizer
Malaysia Plant Projects, etc). Rekind also continuously developing the gas
sector potential market (CO2 Removal Subang Project, Gas Booster Station
Project, Pipeline System for gas production, Jambi Merang Facility, SSWJ Phase
2 Offshore Pipeline). Having successfully developed its competency to reach the
Mineral, Environmental, Infrastructure segments, Rekind able to increase its
market share in this market segment (cement plant in Kupang, cement plant in
Tuban, Ferronickel
Smelting plant, Semen Tonasa Power Plant, Suralaya Steam
Power Plant of 1x600 MW, Ammonium Nitrate Prill Plant). Consistent in
developing its expertise, Rekind has become a leading company in the
development of local Geothermal industry facilities. This can be seen with the
construction and operation of various geothermal power plants in the country,
such as Kamojang 4 (with the capacity of 60MW), Lahendong 2, 3 and 4 (with the
capacity of 20 MW respectively) and Wayang Windu 1 and 2 which is one of the
largest of Geothermal Power Plants in the world (with a total capacity of 220
