infrastructure projects are to be developed and opportunities exist for high
caliber professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sangatta - East
Kalimantan for the positions of:
1. Superintendent Legal – Mining Contract (Code: SLMC)
- Law faculty graduate from reputable university having GPA minimum 3.00.
- Minimum 7 (seven) years work experience as corporate lawyer in reputable law firm(s) or 7 years in mining company, a combination of both would be an advantage.
- Possesses an Advocate License from PERADI or have passed the bar examination.
- Having experience / possess knowledge regarding International Arbitration proceedings.
- Having excellent knowledge about Indonesian Company Law, Contract Law and Mining Law.
- Have handled and / or get involved in minimum 10 (ten) projects and / or corporate actions of both off-shore and / or on-shore company or group of companies.
- Having excellent knowledge about the Indonesian Company Law, Contract Law and Mining Law.
- Having commitment to finish the tasks given in timely manner.
