• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, preferably has lawyer licence from PERADI
• Strong exposure and sound knowledge in handling corporate legal matters and contracts
• Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision, and to manage multitasks
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written (Mandarin is preferable)
