Responsibilities:
Job Description

• Support & Training
• Day to day end user support
• Helpdesk calls and problem resolution
• Training & documentation

System administration
• Backup tapes, status check, disk space, physical hard disk check, etc
• Creation of ids, control of access groups and membership

System Migration
• Windows 7 migration
• New hardware installation in 2010 - 2011
• Office 2007 upgrading
• Lotus Notes 8.5.1 upgrading

Project Co-ordination
• Co-ordinate regional projects

Programming
• Some programming using Visual Basic or Java would be advantages

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification :

• Graduated from reputable University (S1 - IT), min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experiences for IT
• Manufacturing environment with MRP/ERP knowledge preferred



General Requirement :

• Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Infocom hardware
• Personal Computers (Desktops)
• Notebook computers,
• Wintel Servers (Wintel :- Windows On Intel)
• Telephone set and PABX
• Printers (Laser and Dot Matrix), Copiers and Scanners including AIO (All in One)

• Microsoft Project and Visio
• Lotus Notes 4/5/6/7 preferred
• Citrix, VPN and related application and technology
• Java and web based manufacturing system support (including browser version and alternatives such as FireFox)
