HR : HR Superintendent


Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities :
• To perform and ensure all office administration is in order
• Maintain an absenteeism record of permanent employees
• Supervise the activities within my area of responsibility
• Administer salary/payroll and personnel policy program, To ensure all payroll documents is in accordance to the Employment act and within the company policy
• Improve Personnel /HR Information System and my area of responsibilities
• Handle Jamsostek business (insurance)
• Handle General Affair (GA) matters (Security management, Permits arrangement, etc

Requirements:


• S1 Degree graduated from Information System, Psychology, Management or Industrial Engineering
• Minimal 1-2 years in HR General HR Functions
• Familiar with recruitment and training procedures
• Has experience and able to handle Payroll, Personnel Matters (Leave, absenteeism, overtime, etc), GA Matters (Security, permits, Cleaning Services, etc)
• Having knowledge at Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Insurance/Jamsostek arrangement.
• Good English written and Spoken.
• Intermediate in operating EXCEL Program, and perform other information system.
• Tactful, fast learner, discipline and highly motivated.
• Able to work independent as well as in team, initiative person and having good communication skills.
