Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Assist Finance and Administration Director in organizing and maintaining business activities, such as arrange the appointment and/or meeting, travelling accommodation and correspondence, and also responsible to handle business monthly report, facilitate the needs for the expatriates, and manage some of office project(s).
Requirements:
• Female, age max 30 years
• Minimum Academic Degree in Secretarial
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar position or as Secretary
• Good command of English both oral & written
• Good computer skill (MS. Office) and accustom with Ms. Power Point
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good looking and best personality
