Management Information System Staff

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Management Information System (MIS) generation, rationalization, and tracking as well as the future MIS automation for the department (i.e.: online and real time MIS).
• To ensure the accurate MIS reporting, consolidations and data analysis are in place and available in a timely manner to support the business directions.
• Responsible to provide timely and accurate data booking for expense calculation & other related sales purposes.
• Responsible for availability, analysis and control unit’s overall MIS data for analysis purpose on Business Schemes thus Business will be able to propose for Process improvement initiatives on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Produce data for Sales Motivational Program.
• To provide data Quality Control processing purpose.
• Ready at times to provide Adhoc MIS
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time Contract position available.


Requirements:

• Has 2 years of experience in Management Information System. Plus point if from banking industry.
• Holds minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Management Information System/ related majors from a reputable university.
• Strong in data analysis (preferably mastering Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, VB.net skills).
• Able to work under pressure & to complete deadline in a fast-paced, multicultural working environment.

Responsibilities:

As Sales Specialist Radiation Oncology it’s a demanding yet highly rewarding challenge that will involve you to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Increase installed base for Radiation Therapy (RT) products & create demand for Big Bore GEMINI among RT community
• Do effective market segmentation & internal reporting/forecasting (with help from manager)
• Do win/loss analysis
• Provide internal sales & product trainings on all RT products
• Guide direct/indirect sales for prospecting
• Support in selected local & international tradeshows
• Give customer presentations (product-specific and general oncology) + understand/parse clinical & workflow needs (ability to demonstrate RT software a plus)
• Be able to complete tender submissions on treatment planning & CT (with minimal support)
• Be able to create quotations
• Close CT Sim & treatment planning deals (with help from direct/indirect sales)
• Help close Big Bore GEMINI deals (with support from NM sales)
• You'll report into the Key Market Radiation Oncology Manager and indirect into the GSSI Radiation Oncology Manager.
• You'll closely work together with the customers in the countries, particularly Radiation Oncologists Medical Physicists and Technical Engineers.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor or Master degree in Physics or equivalent


Practical experience

• Background in radiation therapy sales (experience in selling treatment planning or background in medical physics preferred)
• Excellent domain knowledge of radiotherapy
• Good understanding of oncology in general

General

• Able to work independently
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent consulting skills
• Relationship manager
• Fluently in English (written + spoken); other languages a plus
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
