Training & Development Executive (TDE)‏

Responsibilities:
• In this fast-moving position, you will manage all internal education efforts. You will conduct needs analysis, develop curriculums and training materials, coordinate training, supervise external trainer, and implement feedback tools. You also will conduct training as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (preferable in Psychology/ English), min 3 yrs experience in adult training, skills in project improvement, min. TOEFL 500 or TOEIC 750. Have passion in training and creative thinking. Background in Hospitality Industry would be an advantage.

Remuneration:
• Competitive salary and benefits will commesurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
