Secretary to Manager (Code SM)
Responsibilities:
• Organise the Manager’s daily schedule based on priorities and provide general administration support to the Manager.
• Prepare draft documents for review, provide general support for presentations, and translate simple documents from Indonesian to English or vice versa.
• Organise meetings and other formal and informal events.
• Organise and store documents and computer-based information.
• Arrange all requirements concerning the Manager’s guests.
• Monitor and order office supplies and equipment and coordinate housekeeping activities in the Department office.
• Provide administrative support to other staff of the Department as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum Secretary Academy (D3) Administration graduate with 3 years related experience.
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Must be competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Ellipse.
• Work accuracy, strong initiative, responsiveness, creativity, alertness, and ability to keep confidentiality of sensitive information.
