VP HRD
Responsibilities:
• Analyze, recommend, implement and evaluate organizational effectiveness programs/initiatives and change management activities in the Operation area to ensure human capital and the organization are effective and able meet current and future business requirement and optimize organization performance
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Master Degree in Human Resource Management.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as HR Manager
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in HR Concept, HR Strategic, HR Consulting and Organizational Development or Recruitment/Staffing,
• Conduct Training Need Analysis based on data from Performance Management Process (Year End Review & Objective Setting)
• Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
• Able to work under pressure and time dead line
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
