Responsibilities:

• Check instruments condition as per schedule
• Give action to avoid instruments damaged
• Analyze instrumentation problem
• Make schedule of work and calibration
• Supervise continue jobs as per planning, procedure and target
• Coordinates activities with the others department

Requirements:

• Male
• Hold S1 Degree from Electronic with GPA min. 2.75

• Having knowledge of PLC’s, electronic components with respective to that some knowledge regarding AC / Speed drive

Situated in “old Surabaya”‚ this stately Dutch colonial-style compound was built in 1862 and is now a preserved historical site. Previously used as an orphanage managed by the Dutch‚ it was purchased in 1932 by Liem Seeng Tee‚ the founder of Sampoerna‚ with the intent of it being used as Sampoerna’s first major cigarette production facility.

Today‚ the compound is still functioning as a production plant for Indonesia’s most prestigious cigarette‚ Dji Sam Soe. In commemoration of Sampoerna’s 90th anniversary in 2003‚ the central complex has been painstakingly restored and is now open to public. The original central auditorium is now a museum and the east side has been transformed into a unique structure containing a café, a merchandise kiosk and an art gallery. The building on the west side remains the official family residence.

Responsibilities:

• To do research related to museum exhibit & founder in order to complete the information provide & to conserve the exhibit, to develop museum activity & program in order to achieve the goal, to build relation externally & internally in order to collect information, deliver message, & support other museum & HOS activity generally.

Requirements:

• Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), major in English, Art & Design, History, Anthropology, Architecture.

SUPERINTENDENT - INTERNAL AUDIT (Code: SIA)

Responsibilities:

Key elements of the position include:
• Plan and manage audit responsibilities and nominated projects, consistent with the Unit's annual audit plan to meet time, cost and quality parameters, comply with recognized standards and highlight anomalies, should they exist.
• Providing audit plan that relevant to objectives accomplishment for each engagement.
• Doing audit based on approved engagement audit plan and gaining evidences that’s documented and administered in working papers.
• Preparing audit report that containing relevant recommendations.
• Monitoring on recommendation follow up.
• Action audit initiatives and projects to assess the strengths as well as areas for improvement within specific KPC operations, monitor compliance against standards and provide material for inclusion in detailed audit reports.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience :
• Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in business management and/or accounting
• At least 7 (seven) years internal audit experience in Accounting & Finance and or Mining Industry.
• Excellent Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing,
• Excellent Report Writing & Presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and oral).
• Hold professional/expertise certification from recognized professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian to converse with both internal and external personnel.
• Good Computer skills such as Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
• Maximum age – no more than 40 years old.
