Today‚ the compound is still functioning as a production plant for Indonesia’s most prestigious cigarette‚ Dji Sam Soe. In commemoration of Sampoerna’s 90th anniversary in 2003‚ the central complex has been painstakingly restored and is now open to public. The original central auditorium is now a museum and the east side has been transformed into a unique structure containing a café, a merchandise kiosk and an art gallery. The building on the west side remains the official family residence.

Museum Researcher
Responsibilities:
• To do research related to museum exhibit & founder in order to complete the information provide & to conserve the exhibit, to develop museum activity & program in order to achieve the goal, to build relation externally & internally in order to collect information, deliver message, & support other museum & HOS activity generally.
Requirements:
• Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), major in English, Art & Design, History, Anthropology, Architecture.
• Well organized, attentive to details, good communication skill, willing to handle multiple tasks and strive to provide high quality service.
• Independent, adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
• Computer literacy.
• Good command of English.
• Able to start work within short notice.
