Reporting
Experienced in Crystal Reports 8 and above
Experienced in developing complex reports with charts, cross tab,and sub-reports
Experienced in troubleshooting reports problems

Others

Experience in Web Forms, ASP 2.0 or above, AJAX and SQL Server 2005 reporting service will be advantageous
