Relationship Manager


Responsibilities:
  • Focus on transactional/business account (funding/lending as a total relationships approach).
  • Will be responsible for acquisition of new clients/ corporate accounts.
  • Maintain and grow existing business accounts.
  • Will be responsible for cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • Has minimum of 8 years of experience in banking (foreign banks preferred), preferably handling SME clients.
  • Experience in credit risk analysis is a plus.
  • Holds minimum S1 degree from a reputable university.
  • Strong in funding and/or lending areas.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Individual contributor and able to work in team.
  • Has a strong passion and proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Able to plan milling operation taking into account the available FFB and the utilities cost and labour cost
  • You should utilize mill by products (fiber/shell) to maximum for power generation and minimize generator operating hours
  • Able to train and guide workers to achieve milling efficiency and throughput
  • Familiar with process control requirement
  • Able to interact effectively with both maintenance and process control team.
  • You also should understand the maintenance strategy for palm oil mill machineries.
  • Making sure of consistent implementation of SOP.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Electrical engineering.
  • Experiences min. 5 years on handling production both process as well as maintenance in palm oil industry.
  • Articulate and is able to make effective presentations; to communicate with those from different cultures.
  • Having a good English both spoken and written. Strong leadership and computer skills.
  • Technically competent and has a successful track record of implementing quality management system.
