AVP Payroll Customer Service and Operations
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in Analytics
- Proficiency in analytics & database tool (ex: SAS)
- Has a strong drive to succeed
- Has good presentation and communication skills in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Responsible to create and manage clear SLAs between internal departments and with customers as well as to handle customer service activities arising from both the companies and employees, by working closely with all related departments
