The Job:

To ensure program library assets and commitments together with related costs are correctly and appropriately accounted for and substantiated
To liaise with other relevant departments to resolve program library asset related matters/issues
To ensure that all systems, processes and financial controls that fall within area of responsibility are operating effectively and efficiency
To continuously initiate improvements to systems and processes for operational, financial and reporting functions

The Person:

3-4 years experience in Asset /Finance environment
Degree/Advance Diploma in Account/Finance discipline
Articulate with good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Excel and Word
Experienced user in SAP, especially the Project and Investment Management modules
Demonstrate commitment to the delivery of high quality financial information, advice and results
Mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines
Ability to proactively reengineer existing processes and provide solutions to issues/concerns as well as strong influencing skills
Aptitude for the development and implementation of new processes and systems
