HR Training Supervisor (TR-SPV)
Responsibilities:
• Plan, Organize, Develop, Control, and also Training Needs Analysis, Training Activities, Training Evaluation including the system
• To identify and analyze training needs from each of department concerned based on the skill and competencies as required and also in line with business objectives
• To assist Training & Development Manager by prepared Training Activities Budget Plan and schedule to the Management for approval, set up Training & Development Policies & Procedures, and also design training curriculum & materials
• As an authorized person who responsible for maintain, up date, and administer database of training record for all employee into HR Information System as well as it works
• Developing the proper evaluation and measurement method in line with training objectives in order to ensure the effectiveness of activities
• Conduct and organize the Induction Program for New Employee in regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum Having 3 years experience in Human Resources Development
• Minimum S1 or S2 Background from all majoring with good academic record
• Ages between 25 – 35 years old
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking both of strategic & planning, interpersonal communication and presentation skills as a good trainer, willing to working hard, good tenacity, and dynamic person
• Having a good experience in coordinate and organize training & development activities
• Having a good knowledge about CBHRM and People Development Concept it would be advantage
• Proficient English Skill both oral and written is a must
• Good Computer Literate (Ms Office Application) and also internet utilization
