This document is to deliver customer requirements and or Alstom standard to shop people, and must contain production process sequence, material information, quality operation, heat treatment, inspection and test, all document referred, etc, in order to ensure fabrication of a quality product on schedule and within budget. It is included the disposition of Rejection Notice (RN) or Non Conformance Report (NCR) which are related to manufacturing process deviation. Also he/she is to handle of subcontracting works with regard to developing and issuing of its Purchase Requisition, its works specification, its material information.

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:
• Bachelor S-1 in Mechanical or Naval Engineering.
• 2 years Manufacturing experience in Boiler Industry, Steel Fabrication or related job shop.
