SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR

Requirements

• Female, single, max 25 year old.
• Min. D3 Secretary from Reputable Secretarial Academy (Tarakanita).
• Min. 1 or 2 year experience as secretary.
• Good Attitude and performance.
• Self motivated and willing to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good knowledge of computer Literate such as: Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point), Internet
• Live around Jakarta and can start work immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Running daily routines administration works: filing, handling incoming and outgoing letter/mail, memo, email and facsimile, drafting certain letter/mail for both internal and external, etc.
• Handling daily calendar and appointment schedule.
• Travel arrangement (flight, accommodation, itinerary and traveling plan).
• Taking care of some personal matters.

General Description:

• The Corporate Secretary would serve as the extended office of the President Director. Requirements :

• Female, 26 – 30 years of age, excellent spoken and written English, as well as excellent computer skills.
• Bachelor or Diploma in Secretarial / Law / Business with minimum 3 (three) years of hands-on experience at the same position.
• Experienced in taking care of secretarial and administrative tasks starting from. incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to related office administration.
• A customer-oriented person who has capability in handling any level of positions, energetic, dynamic, creative, and get used to work within fast pace working environment under tight deadlines and with demanding persons.
• Suitable profile: presentable, mature, independent and reliable.
