Internal Audit Manager (IAM) General Responsibilities:
He/she will be responsible for all aspects of auditing process, not limited to financial but shall also cover the performances of projects and operating units
Requirement:
• Male / Female, maximum age of 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree or higher majoring in any discipline, preferably from a reputable University/Academy
• Minimum 5 years of experience at the same position/level, preferably in Property/Real Estate industry
• Proficiency in English both speaking & Writing
• High integrity, good leadership and team player with strong work ethic, excellent analytical thinking and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Having pleasant personality, positive attitude, self driven, hard worker, good coordination
Accounting Management (ACM)
General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for manage all company financial data
• The process of consolidated financial report as well as controlling the projects accounting activities, including taxation
Requirement:
• Male / Female, maximum age of 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree or higher majoring in Finance/Accounting, preferably from a reputable University/Academy
• Minimum 5 years of experience at the same position/level, preferably in Property/Real Estate industry
• Proficiency in English both speaking & Writing
• Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standard & Tax Regulations
• High integrity, good leadership and team player with strong work ethic, excellent analytical thinking and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Having pleasant personality, positive attitude, self driven, hard worker, good coordination
Accounting & Tax (ATSP)
Requirements:
• Male/female, max.30 years old
• Diploma Degree or higher majoring in Finance/Accounting, preferably from a reputable University/Academy
• Minimum 3 years of experience at the same position/level, preferably in Property/Real Estate industry
• Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standard & Tax Regulations
• Having pleasant personality, positive attitude, self driven, hard worker, good coordination
Financial Control Division Head (FCDH)
General Responsibilities:
• He/she will take full responsibility for all aspects of accounting and to ensure that they are in line with the approved budget and SOP
• He/she will coordinate with Finance & Acoounting Division Head for Preparation of Financial Report and must maintain good working relationship with External Auditor
• Male / Female, maximum age of 35 years old
• Master Degree majoring in Finance/Accounting, preferably from a reputable University/Academy
• Minimum 7 years of experience at the same position/level, preferably in Property/Real Estate industry
• Proficiency in English both speaking & Writing
• High integrity, good leadership and team player with strong work ethic, excellent analytical thinking and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standard & Tax Regulations
• Having pleasant personality, positive attitude, self driven, hard worker, good coordination
