Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Technology Management or other related fields
• Above seven (7) years of working experience in Telecommunication industry, preferably experience in back office operation
• Good knowledge in Access, Core and Transport Networks
• Have management exposure and preferably have past experience in managing a group of operation team
• Experience in setting up a new performance management platform will be a added advantage
• Analytical skills in preparing reports and experience in project management

PROJECT DIRECTOR (Managed Service)

This position will be responsible for the sales and account services activities, to achieve optimum profitability and to provide excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Engineering with MBA
• Above 10 (ten) years experience working at Telecommunication Industry
• Must have the experience for the Delivery of Managed Service Projects. Implement effective O & M processes and procedures and also establish high quality work standards to manage customers’ network effectively
• Knowledge of Vendor - Operator relationship for Managed Services
• Have vast experience in areas of Operation and Maintenance functions as HR planning, budgeting, process design, facility management and familiar with service functions
• Candidates with Knowledge of Managed Services process (ITIL, e-TOM) will be preferred


GENERAL MANAGER (Regional Field Operation)

This position will be responsible for the sales and account services activities, to achieve optimum profitability and to provide excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Technology Management or other related fields
• Above seven (7) years of working experience in telecommunication industry, preferably experience in operation and maintenance of Mobile network
• Have vast experience in areas of Operation and Maintenance functions as HR planning, budgeting, process design, facility management and familiar with service functions
• Have management exposure and preferably have past experience in managing a group of operation team
• Experience in setting up a new operation platform would be a added advantage
• Analytical skills in preparing reports and experience in project management
• Knowledge of BSS network implementation, integration and Operations
• Good knowledge in Access, Core and Transport Networks
• Good knowledge of network performance / configuration parameters and their interpretation and use

DEPUTY TECHNICAL SERVICE DIRECTOR

This position will be responsible for the sales and account services activities, to achieve optimum profitability and to provide excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Technology Management or other related fields
• Mastering of basic telecom network knowledge and familiarity with the business and operation of telecom carriers
• Familiarity with business operations flow of GTS Dept and actual business operation situation of regional offices
• Familiarity with basic theory of management & marketing and mastering of basic financial affair knowledge; rich customer service experience
• Good team leadership, communication ability, interpersonal understanding, team construction, and management ability
• Good plan management ability and organization and coordination ability
