VAS Product Manager


Job Description:

Proactively seeking any opportunities and partnership that might be applied to increase VAS productivity.

Preparing Business Requirement Document prior to the development of products and socializing the requirement to related parties.

Coordinating with all related parties (internal and external) in the all stages of product development (including the testing) to ensure the product is well-developed and well-tested especially to coordinate and decide with Technical Department on technical problems or new parameters for supporting new services/products or new applications.

Developing marketing communication plan on the respective service/product, in cooperation with Marketing Communication Department & Content Manager.

Monitoring the product roll-out process for possible adjustments monitor and plan the evaluation (after new service/product ready), across department within company and with partners as necessary.

Taking follow-up actions to adjust and improve products based on feedback on product performance monitoring and/or evaluations conducted, to ensure the respective product reach/exceed its KPI.

Requirements :

Holding minimum bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
Experience in telecom industry, coming from Content Provider/Aggregator, Operator, or similar industry
Minimum 5 years working experience

Job Function:

• To ensure presence of stocks at the retail point as per the norms and sales of the retailer
• To ensure there is no sales loss to the consumer due to lack of availability of stocks
