Executive, Treasury & Reporting

RESPONSIBILITY DESCRIPTION :

• Preparing Company Budget and the update on periodic basis as well as the analysis.
• Preparing Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Financial Analysis based on Budget and Actual result (P&L, Expenses, Working Capital, Cash Flow).
• Preparing Detail and analysis of Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Financial Report with the released closing report as a reference.
• Preparing and Consolidating Monthly Management Report for circulation.
• Handling Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly report submission through the applicable tools.
• Implement continuous improvement on reporting area
• Location : Jakarta Head Office

Executive, Cost Accounting

Report to : Manager, Accounting

RESPONSIBILITY DESCRIPTION :
• Establish/maintain Standard Cost system for all products.
• Establish procedures and controls to ensure the accuracy of inventory and cost of goods sold.
• Establish procedures and controls to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset.
• Develop, document, and implement monthly cost accounting closing procedures.
• Perform accurate calculation and analysis.
• Perform monthly cycle count audit and manage annual physical inventory.
• Special project assigned.
• Location : Jakarta Head Office

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in iScala is preferred.
