STAFF EXPORT-IMPORT (SX)

BRIEF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To maintain and organize all documents and admin database for sea clearance importation and supply information and reports on request.
2. Data entry import cost and expenses in DA.
3. Check and monitor fund expenses and settlement.
4. Maintain import expenses database and create report to Manager.
5. Prepare insurance certificate for clearance purpose.
6. Prepare report on Import clearance sequence whenever requested by customer.
7. Create manifest as a condition for expense settlement.

Requirements :
1. Male or Female.
2. Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline.
3. Minimum of 2 (two) years as CS in Freight Forwarding/ Logistic/ Courier.
4. Good understanding and able to work closely with internal and external customer effectively and accurately.
5. Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
6. Good administration skills and highly organized.
7. Able to work with minimum supervision, take initiative and proactive
