Finance and Accounting Manager (FAM)

Principal Accountabilities :

Manage and supervise all project accounting and finance activities at the Property Management project sites, which include maintenance of the accounting records and all schedules for balance sheets items, analysis of monthly financial report, project budget preparation, internal control and accounting & finance SOP implementation

Requirements

• University Graduate (S1 Degree) in accounting & finance from a reputable university. Overseas graduates will a plus
• Solid expertise in accounting and finance management, gained from minimum 7 years of experience including 3 years at managerial position
• Familiar with audit, budget, and tax knowledge gained from previous hands-on experience
• Client service oriented
• Self-driven, highly motivated, energetic, and initiative
• Strong communication skills, including good command of English both verbal and written
• Good organization and interpersonal skills
• A team initiator and a team player
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office & Internet)
