• Bertanggung jawab atas penyusunan aktivitas promosi dan eksekusi serta memonitoring dalam menunjang pencapaian sales.
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap kontrol stock produk perusahaan agar selalu tersedia di distributor.
• Memberikan pelatihan product knowladge kepada team promosi dan distribusi maupun pada personel salesman distribusi.
• Berkoordinasi dengan team dalam upaya peningkatan sales masing-masing produk yang dipasarkan, merumuskan strategi penjualan yang tepat.
• Melakukan kunjungan lapangan baik di Jakarta maupun daerah guna mengamati perkembangan pasar, produk sendiri maupun produk pesaing serta aktivitas yang dilakukan, spreading dan stock produk.
• Memberikan feedback dan laporan penjualan ke Direksi beserta action plan selanjutnya.
• Membina hubungan baik dengan para pelanggan.
