Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Manage the implementation of large, complex logistics projects against pre-agreed service standards and budgets.
Information Management
Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and sponsors to enable overall project progress monitoring.
Requirements:
• Degree in Logistics/Technical/Engineering (preferable)
• 8 years experience as a project implementation manager in a logistics environment.
• Experience in managing complex matrix organisation (functional experts in different functional areas)
• Experience with project software, preferably PERT and/or MS Project.
• Experience of DHL network or Express Logistics environment preferred.
• Experience with consultancy companies (desirable)
• Numerical skills and Statistical analysis
• Understanding of large scale integer programming models, concepts and packages.
• Supply chain management skills (excellent)
• Economic skills (desirable)
• Operational research skills (e.g. scheduling and network modelling)

Collections Officer
Responsibilities:
• Engage in direct collection of receivables.
• Maximise collection of payment from all customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Research unallocated cash for posting to debtor ledger.
• Maintain efficient records of collection activities.
• Monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to Credit Control Supervisor for review and action.
• Assist in the dispatch of invoices, airway bills, reminders and finance charge letters.
• Co-ordinate with related billing & sales parties to resolve billing discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Monitor credit limit of accounts to ensure proper action is taken
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• 2 years experience in collection
• Numerical skills.
• Credit analysis and debt collection skills.
• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good Communication skills English , spoken and written.

Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
• Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication (or related discipline
• 5 years management experience in a marketing or advertising environment, working in a service-related industry
• The job requires a detailed study and understanding of customers' profile in specific industries and applying creative, innovative and effective advertising and promotional strategies, combined (possibly) with a strong knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings.

Requirements:
Creative Development & Execution of AP&P
Develop and implement appropriate and effective communication initiatives in order to secure agreed targets and further develop the DHL brand. (This requires an in-depth knowledge of the business, market and advertising and promotion concepts and strategies, working closely with (and managing) agencies and formulating convincing proposals to gain support and commitment internally to ensure the success of such campaigns.)
Cost Management:
Develop, plan and implement cost effective campaigns to secure maximum return on investment whilst ensuring that costs are kept within the Company’s AP&P budget. (This requires effective negotiations with vendors and agencies and constant monitoring of the budget.)
