Mask Cutting & Art Development Engineer
Key Accountability Areas :
• Supervise Mask Cutting and Tampo Art Development Team
• Develop manufacturability methods for decoration by masking, air gun painting, tampo printing or free hand
• Work together with color development team to submit painted samples for Approval
• Manage the projects together with the New Toy Development team to meet the piloting and production schedules in timely and efficient manner
• Provide Approved Samples for Production and Quality Assurance as per the latest approval
• Always strive for process improvement, quality improvement and cost reduction
Position Requirement:
• D3 or S1 in Visual Art & Graphic Design or S1 in Industrial Engineering from reputable University
• Fresh Graduate may apply
• Art graphic software skill in Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw
• Aesthetically attuned
