Job Title : CREDIT TEAM LEADER
Directorate : RMX & AGGREGATES
Location : Semarang

Scope of work:

The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate and confirm for all invoices, payment period and standardized method in order to support company’s financial performance. He/She has to contact the customer in order to manage the payment planning and to monitor the customers’ credit, invoices and arrears for the payment completion.

Requirements:

1. Education : University degree majoring in Accounting / Management.
2. Experiences : Min. 3 – 5 years experiences in Finance and Banking area
3. Computer Literate : MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP, Lotus Notes
4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications :

• Good leadership skills with the ability to interact with all levels
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
• Good in analytical & problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge of the relevant business process, especially in ready mix & aggregates business
• Willing to be located in Semarang.

• Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.

Main elements of the position description include :

• Lead and coordinate a project work and team complying with KPC safety and environmental standard and procedure commitment and involvement.
• Perform engineering study including develop design concept, calculation, technical review, and cost estimating and budgeting.
• Carry out and coordinate project initiation and planning developing of project scope statement and detail and management plan i.e planning of scheduling, re-sourcing, procurement, cost estimating and budgeting, risk, QC/QA.
• Carry out coal chain and interdivisional system assessment and monitoring, analysis and evaluation, recommend for improving the systems performance.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Tertiary qualification (S1) in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years working experience in project environment and/or bulk handling equipment and process.
• Posses project management and contract administration skill, driving skill
• Good Leadership & People Management skills.
• Having knowledge and experience in Mechanical installation techniques and standards.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English.
