CHANNEL OPERATION MANAGER
Job Responsility :
You will be responsible for developing channel relationship model, driving channel partner satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring progressive channel sales operation increase through process improvements and distribution by ensuring the cost effective design of channel engagement programs. You should also contribute to the development of strategies that are centered on improving the channel partner experience and operation efficiency.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must hold a bachelor degree in Business or equivalent with 5-7 years of work experience in managing distribution and partnership within a multinational environment, preferably in Telco industry or FMCG. You must possess strong negotiations, relationship, conflict management skills, and have excellent communication skills. You should also be results driven and customer focus.
