Housekeeping Manager/Assistant Manager

• You will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising a pool of Housekeeping supervisors, contract cleaners and maintenance crew.
• You should have at least 6 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity, with a proven track record of success in hotels or apartments.


Housekeeping Supervisor

• You will be responsible for supervising the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in the residence.
• You should have at least 4 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity in hotels or apartments.

Security Supervisor

• You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations and overall performance of security staff, to ensure adequate supervision and surveillance in accordance with all security aspects.
• You should have at least 4 years of relevant experience assisting the Head of Security in hotels or apartments.

Engineering Supervisor/Technician

• You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and services operations, and presentation of the property in accordance with company standards, legislation and regulations.
• You should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, with good working knowledge of functions of relevant technical systems and associated equipment and operational procedures.

Guest Service Officer

• You will be responsible for providing efficient guest services, handling all telephone communications, general enquiries & requests, and maintaining good rapport with guests and visitors.
• You should have at least 3 years of Front Office experience in apartments or hotels, and be familiar with hotel information systems software.


Good spoken and written English is a must for all roles, and literacy in Arabic is advantageous.
