MACHINE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MEE)

The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the engineering manager of shoe factory with the activity to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical field. Responsible towards electrical and/or electronic operation such as controller of machine on daily or monthly basis. Candidate will work on shift team to provide first quality service in order to ensure no interruption on production process due to machine unavailability.

Qualification of successful candidate:

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Having hands-on experience in preventive maintenance system with minimum 2 years experience as electrical/electronic engineer.
• Skill in application and programming of PLC (OMRON, DCS/SIEMENS).
• Willing to work on three shifts
• Fluency in speaking and writing English
• Proactive, strong, systematic, thorough with sense of details, self starter, good teamwork with strong leadership skill.

MOULDING TECHNICIAN (MOULD)

The successful candidate will be responsible to make aluminium molding fast and accurately.


Qualification of successful candidate:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in related field
• Having experience in moulding, casting, & repair of product from aluminium
• Fluent in English both oral and written

MACHINE MECHANICAL ENGINEER (MME)

The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the engineering manager of shoe factory with the activity to support preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical field. Responsible towards maintenance and engineering operation of machine on daily or monthly basis. • Skill in hydraulic & pneumatic system will be an advantage.

• Proactive, strong, systematic, thorough with sense of details, self starter, good teamwork with strong leadership skill

HSE COORDINATOR (HSE)

The successful candidate will be responsible in manage & implementing all EHS procedure and policy.

Qualification of successful candidate:

• University degree in occupational Health & Safety or Environment Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in related field
• Experience from multinational industry is preferred
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
• Analytic, proactive, self starter, strong leadership skills, systematic, communicative, having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill

Supply Chain Advisor

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the SCM Team Leader/Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for:

1. Manages and provides a professional service for the procurement, contracting, supply, materials, logistics or process development from initiation by customer up to post award issues.
2. Ensuring that all procurement activity stipulated in point (1) above are in-line with government and corporate guideline, policies and procedures.
3. Manages specific projects and initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain Department or service it provides.


a) Managing and providing a professional service for the procurement, contracting, supply, materials, logistics or process development
b) Under Team Leader/Manager direction, handle all stages of the Supply Chain process, communicating effectively with customer contacts, suppliers, contractors & other personnel, throughout activity cycle.
c) In the case of tendering, under Team Leader/Manager direction handle overall tender processes, including determination of appropriate tender recipients using existing selection procedures. Evaluate proposals with the customer to identify the best business solution as opposed to the ideal technical solution or the lowest price. Draft proposals to management and Bid Committee documentation.
d) Develop working relationships that motivate suppliers and contractors to collaborate & deliver level of service and to facilitate the speedy and effective resolution of issues.
e) Maintain communication with customers, keeping them informed of any necessary changes to the specification/terms of service with the supplier/contractor.

Compliance with government and corporate guideline, policies and procedures
In managing and handling procurement process as stipulated in 1.a and 1.b above, the incumbent shall ensure that the process is in-line with government and corporate guideline, policies and procedures.


Managing specific projects and initiatives
a) As assigned by Team Leader/Manager, work with customers to understand business issues and requirements to fully define outputs required from the Supply Chain project.
b) As appropriate opportunities arise, and in the light of own knowledge of the market place and the customer’s business issues, offer alternative methods and specifications where other ‘fit for purpose’ options exist.
c) Plan and schedule work activities (typically 3 month timeframe), within prescribed parameters, to manage own and colleagues time.

Requirements:

Ideally in your mid 30’s, you are envisioned to possess a Bachelor Degree in any discipline, with a minimum five (5) years experience honed in the similar role, and Professionally qualified, or working towards membership (eg CPM, CIPS or equivalent).

You should present the following technical qualifications:

• Demonstrated understanding of the customer’s business issues.
• Customer feedback, value of recommendations made.
• Proactive and efficient management of the Supply Chain process.
• Efficient, timely and effective tender management.
• Resolution of issues.
• Projects completed on time
• Quality of ideas initiated and improvement ideas implemented
• SAP system literate Computer literate
• Fluent written and spoken English
