Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to develop and execute the fire and rescue work system for members and volunteers who available at Narogong and maybe at Cilacap Plants. The person will have to ensure that the site Fire and Rescue operations are relevant with Indonesian laws and regulations and also with company policy.
Requirements:
1. Education : University degree.
2. Experiences : Min. 5 years experiences at Fire & Rescue disciplines.

• Good knowledge of fire and rescue technique and its facility.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER Job Title : MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Directorate : Manufacturing
Location : Narogong, Kab.Bogor
Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to active support the daily maintenance in regards of problem solving, root cause analysis, system modification and revising of specification, repair techniques and procedures. The focus in on “pro-active”, to avoid failures happened, to ensure the required equipment availability and maximize equipment life time at the lowest sustainable maintenance costs.
Requirements:
1. Education : University degree from Mechanical Engineering
2. Experiences :
• 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance within heavy equipment industry
3. Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications :
• Good knowledge of heavy equipment, ideally within cement manufacturing processes
• Pro-active attitude and excellent problem solving skills
• Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in project management.
• Good knowledge in condition monitoring & material technology.
• Excellent supervisor skills to ensure the required quality in workmanship
• Hands-on experience e.g.for bearing installation, gear reducer revision, welding repairs.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

Location : Cilacap, Central Java
Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to implement the plans and practices of Occupational Health and Safety of Holcim Indonesia that are aligned with Holcim global OH&S standards and Indonesia Country legislative requirements to create a workplace which is free from recognised hazards that are causing (or likely to cause) death or any serious physical harm to employees and contractors, as well as the minimizing of cost associated with workplace deaths, injuries and illnesses.
Requirements:
1. Education : University degree in OH&S or related fields, preferably with Certification in Occupational Health & Safety Expert (Man Power Ministry) and/or with Auditor qualifications in OH&S
2. Experiences :
• Min. 5 years senior level experience in a Health & Safety management context with an extensive and successful previous occupational health and safety background in Indonesia in the Manufacturing, Oil and Gas or Mining industries.
• Previous experience in implementing Behavioral Based Safety Systems
3. Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP
4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications :
• Strong leadership qualities and creativity skills demonstrated by a track record of innovative thinking followed through to full implementation.

Lingkup Pekerjaan :
Untuk melakukan pengujian di Lab.Kimia terhadap berbagai bahan baku (termasuk bahan bakar), bahan dalam proses, dan produk akhir demi menunjang proses kendali mutu yang tinggi dan konsisten.
Kualifikasi :
1. Pendidikan : Lulusan Sekolah Analis Kimia
2. Pengalaman :
• 1 tahun di posisi saat ini
• min. 2 th. Sebagai analis kimia
3. Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, Internet explorer
4. Bahasa : Good command of English, both oral & written (menjadi nilai tambah)
5. Kualifikasi lain :
• Memahami proses pembuatan semen.
• Memahami prinsip-prinsip analisa kimia.
• Memahami acuan yang digunakan dalam analisa kimia dan bahan bakar (konvensional dan instrumentasi).
• Memahami parameter mutu dan standar kualitas yang ditargetkan.
• Memahami peraturan K3 di Laboratorium.
• Menguasai teknik pengoperasian alat uji dan alat preparasi.
• Menguasai teknik pembuatan & standarisasi larutan / pereaksi.
• Menguasai teknik kalibrasi alat uji.
• Mampu mengoperasikan alat uji ICP, Gas Cromatography, Flash Point Tester, Karl Fisher dan Spectrofotometer.
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.
