QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements :

• S1 Teknik Sipil dari perguruan tinggi ternama di Indonesia
• Berpengalaman dalam perhitungan Budget proyek,seperti Development cost, Construction Cost di property/real estate/bangunan gedung
• Dapat menghitung Analisa harga satuan pekerjaan rumah, infra structure, dan fasilatas umum , seperti gedung sekolah,water park dll
• Dapat bernegosiasi dengan supplier, kontraktor, pemasok dll, dengan ulet sehingga memperoleh harga yang baik,murah dan ideal
• Harus dapat mengkontrol budget, kwalitas,administrasi dan time schedule project secara keseluruhan
• Menguasai program Microsoft Office
• Jujur, ulet, mau kerja keras dan tahan tantangan
