Field Sales Supervisor (FSS-Jakarta)


Responsibilities:

The position is available for specific area in greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the main purpose of the above position is to ensure that sales, distribution, promotion and merchandising for categories and brands at the territory’s account level in line with the company objective.

Requirements:

• The candidate should at least graduate from reputable universities in Indonesia from relevant major and having minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level from FMCG Company
• Ability to cooperate with distributors
• Having driving license A
• Good communication skill in Bahasa and English
• Strong negotiation & leadership skill
• Energetic, dynamic & tough
• Warm, courteous and outgoing personality
• Willing to be relocated to any place in Indonesia

Architect (Code : Architect)

* Male / Female max. 35 years old
* Bachelor degree (S1) in Architecture
* Min. 1 years experience in the same field. Fresh graduate with good academic record (>IPK 2,7) can also apply.
* Proficient in AutoCAD.
* Experienced in design, construction drawing to detailing, preferably who has working experience in commercial building (mall, office, hotel)
* Good knowledge in Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDraw / Powerpoint for presentation is a plus.
* Fluent in English (oral & written)
* Creative with strong analytical in design, good communication skill.
* Honest, responsible, self motivated, willing to work hard and under a tight deadline. Must able to work independent or with a team. Willing to work on the site/survey if needed.

Project Supervisor (Code : Supervisor)

* Bachelor degree (S1) in Interior / Architecture/ Civil / Electrical/ Mechanical
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field. Fresh graduate with good academic record (>IPK 2.7) can also apply.
* Coordinating the work of contractors on site
* To be able to execute, control, monitor and supervise daily progress Fit-Out / Renovation Project at jobsite (office interior projects, gallery projects in mall)
* Solving problems that might occur during Fit-Out on site.
* Plans and coordinates project administrative tasks such as setting up project files, maintaining project logs, creating project status reports, etc
* Computer literate (MS Office & Microsoft Project)
* Good proficiency of English : Both speaking & writing, min passive
* To be able to finish the targeted jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner; familiar with working under pressure,
* Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.

Project Cost Estimator (Code : Estimator)

* Minimum D3 Degree in Interior / Architecture/ Civil
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field
* Have knowledge in technical matters of office interiors projects and gallery projects in mall.
* High accuracy & Strong in numerical computation,
* Work experience, minimum 2 years in office interior project estimation : to build up BQ (Bill of Quantity),to calculate unit pricing of material & works, to make quotation, etc
* Computer literate.
* Good proficiency in English : Both speaking & writing.
* To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner; familiar with working under pressure,
* Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.

M&E Engineer (Code : Engineer)

* S1 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum have 2 years of experience in various field of electrical engineering & maintenance in office building, commercial building.
* Preferably includes a minimum 1 year experienced in Electrical Engineer capacity with exposure and experience in planning, testing, maintaining and designing electrical systems, short circuit analysis, protection coordination studies and the evaluation of test and maintenance data.
* Capability for the installation, modification and maintenance of electrical equipment in office building.
* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, control schematics, single line diagrams, electrical specification, standards and codes.
* Honest, responsible, self motivated, willing to work hard and under a tight deadline. Must able to work independent or with a team. Willing to work on the site/survey if needed.
* Equip with basic management skills such us planning, leading organizing and controlling.
* Good team player, cooperative, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit.

Management Trainee (Code: MT)

* Should have at least Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university majoring in Civil/ Architecture/ Mechanical/ Electrical.
* Good academic record (IPK>2.7)
* Max. 30 years old
* Must be proficient in English
* Have some knowledge and work experience in building design and maintenance. Fresh graduate can also apply.
* Must be independent, self-driven, enjoy meeting people and service oriented
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality, control and work in a structured manner
* Honest, responsible, self motivated, willing to work hard and under a tight deadline. Must able to work independent or with a team. Willing to work on the site/survey if needed.
* Computer literate will be an added advantage
