Promotion Specialist - Jakarta
Job Function:
• Managing the BTL Agency in terms of Agreement, Payment, Merchandiser, Base camp, Merchandiser’s tools.
• Performing Regular meeting / discussion (weekly & monthly)that involves Sales Team & Sales Promotion Team,Merchandiser Team, Distributor Team, etc.
• KPI Monitoring (per 3 months)of Agency KPI, Merchandiser KPI, TL KPI, Admin KPI
• Produce Reporting (weekly, monthly & program basis)
• Monitoring competitor activities and make necessary report to manager
• Compile weekly and monthly report of all cost related to program and Sales Promotion coverage
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• 4-6 years of experience handling operational of national and multinational agency companies
• Hands-on with Below the Line activities of Promotion
• Should be positive, energetic, action and target oriented
• Creative
• Good Communication & interpersonal skill
